3.1 Resort Stay and Spa Treatments
Our resort services designed for senior citizens include accommodation, therapeutic sessions and leisure activities aimed at promoting health and relaxation.
3.2 Digital Products
SilverWellness offers online guides, video tutorials and e-books on wellness topics specifically tailored for older adults.
3.3 Merchandise
Our shop features wellness aids and accessories suitable for senior users, carefully selected for quality and safety.
4. Cancellation and Reimbursement Policy
4.1 Resort Stay and Spa Treatments
Bookings may be modified or rescheduled up to 30 days before the start date at no extra charge. Requests received less than 72 hours before arrival are non-reimbursable due to prepaid supplier commitments. To modify or cancel, please submit your request via our contact form. Approved reimbursements are processed within 14 business days to the original method of payment.
4.2 Digital Products
Customers may request reimbursement within 7 days of delivery if the content has not been accessed beyond the introduction. Downloads completed or views beyond this point are subject to full charge without reimbursement. Submit claims through our contact form. Approved reimbursements are issued within 10 business days.
4.3 Merchandise
Items may be sent back within 14 days of receipt in unused condition with original packaging. To arrange this, submit your request through our contact form. Shipping costs for sending back items are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a reimbursement within 10 business days.
5. Non-Reimbursable Services
Certain premium programs and special events are offered on a non-reimbursable basis due to exclusive planning and resource allocation. These offerings are clearly marked at booking. No reimbursements will be provided for these services; please review all package details before purchase.
6. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting at silverwellness.vip.
